Named after the German writer, theologian and educator Johann Peter Hebel, who was born in Basel in 1760 and is considered a pioneer of Alemannic oral literature due to his volume of poems Allemannische Gedichte.
 
Our à-la-carte restaurant Hebel, under the direction of our chef Christian Bischoff and restaurant manager Sebastian Albrecht, has 138 seats. Here you can enjoy relaxed cross-over cuisine paired with regional specialties made from fresh, regional and healthy products. Here you will find creative cuisine, interpreted in a modern way, accompanied by fresh, young wines from the region and around the world.
